RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
It is our pleasure to accept all returns and exchanges within 7 business days of delivery. The product must be returned undamaged, in resalable condition, in their original packaging. The product must not have been worn or used, nor have suffered any damage. Any product that is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
Email us at email@example.com regarding all returns and exchanges. All product returns and exchanges are subject to return postage at the customer’s expense and all items are returned at the customer's own risk. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by KidRaq, Inc.
KidRaq offers customized orders with varied shipping options and guaranteed time frames.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from KidRaq with a tracking number which will allow you to monitor the delivery progress of your order.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Your refund will be in full for the manufactured defected product only and will be credited to the original credit card used to purchase the items. Please take note that your refund may not be reflected on your account for up to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time. KidRaq's goal is to serve each customer with a personal experience. You are encouraged to inspect the frames upon receipt. We will gladly replace any pair of glasses due to manufacturer defect within 7 business days of delivery. Upon inspection of your order, email us a legible photo of the defective glasses along with your name, order number, and a reason for the return to at email@example.com.
Each return must include the sunglasses, case, and accessories in new saleable condition along with the original packing/order slip. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns.
All discounted items will be a final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged.
