KidRaq, Inc. recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of consumers (“you” or “user”) who visit our website, electronic applications or retail options operated by KidRaq, Inc. 

We also believe it is important to inform you about how we will use your information, and to give you choices about how this data will be used. For these reasons, we encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully. 

This Privacy Policy is directed and applicable to information collected by KidRaq, Inc. from applicable KidRaq, Inc. official websites, web pages, email  or other authorized electronic communications accessible through the U.S.  

This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected by us via Physical Locations in the U.S. and the Sites and does not extend to any non-U.S. physical location, website or application, including other country-specific pages or region-specific pages intended for non-U.S. users. Third-party social networking services or apps from which KidRaq, Inc. collects information.

The laws of the United States shall apply to our collection of information per this policy.  If you are accessing Sites intended for United States consumers from outside the United States, please be aware that the laws of the United States and other countries to which we may transfer your information may not provide a level of protection equivalent to the laws in your home country.

We collect identifying information (“Personal Information”) about users of the Sites when you voluntarily provide it in the course of browsing, visit or shopping on the Sites, including to make purchases from the Sites; voluntarily register or otherwise sign up for information on the Sites or communicate with us via the Sites or at a Physical Location. Users of the Sites may provide Personal Information for various reasons, including but not limited to, for the purposes of obtaining newsletters, product information, event information, and services; to answer surveys, enter contests, participate in discount offers and receive notice of other promotional opportunities; and to develop “wishlists” or to make purchases.


The types of identifying Personal Information that we may collect from users of the Sites include name, address, phone number, email address, purchase information and purchase method, and associated information such as credit or debit card information used to facilitate the sale of products. It tells us such things as how many users visited the Sites and the pages accessed. Collecting this information helps us tailor our Sites to our visitors.

Also, we may collect certain information at the individual level, which may be Personal Information under applicable state laws, although it may not always allow us to identify who you are. We use third party service providers to administer and/or operate certain functions or services on our behalf, the proper performance of which may require a transfer of your information. Through the Sites, we request that you provide to us certain types of information so that we may better serve you. The requested information may include questions and comments about our products. Please do not provide us with materials, including but not limited to business, advertising, creative, marketing or any other types of proposals, concepts, know-how, ideas, and the like ("Unsolicited Materials"). All Unsolicited Materials, including any unsolicited Personal Information (for example, Personal Information not provided in response to a specific request for such information, but in a free form text box), that we receive will not be subject to this Privacy Policy. By submitting any Unsolicited Materials, you agree that we shall have the sole discretion as to how to utilize such Unsolicited Materials and you automatically provide to us a perpetual, royalty free license to such end. If any Unsolicited Materials that you provide to us are protected by third party copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KIDRAQ, INC. , its parent, subsidiaries, and/or affiliated entities, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, representatives, and third party providers (collectively, “the KIDRAQ Indemnitees”), against any claims or actions brought against any of the KIDRAQ Indemnitees arising out of or relating to our use or possession of the Unsolicited Materials.

Protecting your information is of primary concern to us. We store the information that we collect on secure servers and otherwise take reasonable precautions to protect your Personal Information. However, we cannot warrant and do not represent that our level of security meets or exceeds any specific standards. No Internet transmission is 100% secure or error-free, nor is stored data free from vulnerabilities. We neither guarantee the security of our websites, databases, or services, nor can we guarantee that the information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties.

If you want to update your Personal Information, you may access your personal profile online, if one exists or is accessible, and change your profile information. You may also opt-out of targeted ads in some instances by clicking on certain links that may be provided in an online ad, which provide additional information about such opt-outs or by visiting the following third party website and exercising certain choices: Personal Information may be transferred as part of any merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, as well as in the unlikely event of an insolvency, bankruptcy, or receivership in which Personal Information would be transferred to another entity.

The Sites are directed to children and their parents and we do not intentionally collect or maintain any Personal Information from children under the age of 13 years old. If you believe that we might have any Personal Information from or about anyone under the age of 13, please contact us immediately.



We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update this policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes to this Privacy Policy by posting the revised policy with the date it was revised on this page and if you have registered with us, we may notify you by email to your email address of record. Your continued use (including access, browsing and/or use of any interactive feature) of our Sites constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and any updates. Your New York Privacy Rights- Resident customers of ours may have the right to obtain Personal Information that we may have disclosed to affiliates for their marketing purposes or to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
